Job Description

  • Manage all phases of ground‑up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and consultants
  • Lead project meetings and act as the primary client contact
  • Oversee procurement, contracts, change orders, and pay applications
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain project performance
  • Drive project timelines while maintaining strong communication across all stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience managing ground‑up commercial construction projects
  • Proven experience in municipal, hospitality, or light industrial construction preferred
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and public/private clients
  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling software
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
