Job Description

  • Manage construction projects through planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Coordinate project schedules, tasks, and resources to keep work moving forward.
  • Track project progress and address issues that may affect timelines or deliverables.
  • Communicate project updates with internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Review project plans and documentation to support clear project delivery.
  • Coordinate site activities and project requirements with construction partners.
  • Monitor project budgets and report on costs, schedule status, and key updates.
  • Maintain accurate project records throughout the construction process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - HCAI should have:

  • Experience managing construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Experience coordinating schedules, budgets, documentation, and project activities.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with contractors, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to monitor progress and resolve project issues in a timely manner.
  • Experience maintaining accurate project records and status updates.
  • Knowledge of construction project coordination and delivery.
