Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing commercial renovation projects up to $10M from planning through completion
  • Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets and site activities
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to quality standards
  • Working closely with internal teams and clients to resolve issues proactively
  • Supporting reporting, cost control and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Operating primarily on projects within the DC Beltway, with a focus on downtown DC

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 3-5 years' experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
  • Strong tenure and a relevant construction-related degree
  • Proven experience delivering renovations projects up to $10M
  • Background in commercial, federal, or municipal construction preferred
  • Hands-on experience as a PM
