Job Description

As Project Manager, you will report to a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive and take full ownership of assigned K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through close‑out.

  • Manage all phases of K-12 construction projects, ensuring delivery on time and on budget
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, contracts, and procurement strategies
  • Lead project scheduling, cost control, and risk management activities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for school districts and public owners
  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure quality and safety on site
  • Drive compliance with local, state, and district requirements
  • Mentor junior project team members and contribute to a strong team culture
