Job Description

As the Project Manager, you will report to a Senior Project Director and take full ownership of large‑scale, multi‑million‑dollar commercial projects from pre‑construction through closeout.

  • Lead full project lifecycle management across ground‑up commercial and institutional builds
  • Drive robust pre‑construction planning, including schedules, budgets, early buyout, and value‑engineering solutions
  • Oversee large subcontractor teams, ensuring alignment on safety, sequencing, manpower, QA/QC, and project milestones
  • Manage complex procurement packages, long‑lead items, and high‑value vendor negotiations
  • Maintain rigorous cost control, forecasting, change management, and financial reporting
  • Serve as the primary client-facing leader, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and strong stakeholder relationships
  • Partner closely with field leadership to ensure seamless coordination between office and site teams

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager, we are seeking:

  • Strong tenure with no more than ~3 companies within the last decade
  • Proven success leading large commercial or K‑12 ground‑up projects as the Lead Project Manager
  • Experience with project buyout, procurement strategy, and full financial ownership
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills with the presence to work directly with owners, architects, and senior leadership
  • A collaborative, low‑ego, driven personality aligned with a fast‑paced team culture
