Project Manager - Luxury Renovations - Manhattan

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Develop and monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee budgeting and cost control to ensure projects stay within financial parameters.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any challenges that arise.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
