Project Manager - Manhattan - Construction

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of ground-up construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns as they arise.
