My client is a Mid-sized Commercial General Contractor focused on Ground Up Multifamily projects in the LA Metro area. They specifically focus on Type III and Type V builds. They offer great family medical benefits and a laid back work enviornment focused on delivering for their clients.

Job Description

Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain quality and compliance.
Coordinate and lead project meetings with stakeholders and team members.
Monitor site activities to ensure safety regulations and standards are met.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining open communication.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager/Senior Project Manager should have:

A strong background in multifamily construction and project management.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and resources effectively.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
