Project Manager - Residential Construction

• Manage all phases of ground-up construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to oversee project design and execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, fostering effective communication and problem-solving.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Address and resolve any project-related issues promptly and effectively.
