Project Manager - Retail Construction - Beverly, MA

• Manage all aspects of retail construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all job sites.
• Oversee procurement of materials and coordination of resources to meet project deadlines.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress.
• Resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the construction process.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
