Job Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
  • Prepare and present project reports to key stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Manage procurement of materials and resources required for construction projects.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
