We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our client located in Greenwich, CT. This is a Contract to Hire role that offers an excellent opportunity to provide front-desk and administrative support in a professional environment. This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
  • Must be local to Greenwich, Connecticut.
  • Previous experience is required.

Job Description

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
  • Assist with office logistics, order catering/meals, and oversee budgets.
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

The Successful Applicant

  • Completed Bachelors Degree is required.
  • Immediately available to start a new role.
  • Must have a strong organizational and multitasking skills to efficiently handle front-desk duties.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in common office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work on-site in Greenwich, CT
