Job Description

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, managing messages and inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate scheduling and appointments, including meeting room bookings and preparation.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Support the team with mail distribution, courier services, and supply inventory management.
  • Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects to support the team and contribute to office efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Receptionist should have:
