The recruitment coordinator will play a critical role in delivering a seamless, white-glove experience for all prospective candidates and new hires. You will provide high-touch support from the early candidate stages through the onboarding process. This role will collaborate with senior leadership, and key stakeholders to ensure a smooth process - ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced organization.

Job Description

  • Oversee scheduling across multiple interview processes, ensuring a smooth candidate and stakeholder process
  • Partner with hiring teams to translate recruitment priorities into clear, actionable coordination plans
  • Deliver a professional, engaging experience that reflects the organisation's values from the outset
  • Assist with onboarding new external partners, including documentation and early-stage commercial discussions
  • Coordinate all aspects of onboarding, including communications and orientation logistics
  • Support new hires through their first interactions with the company, ensuring a welcoming and organised introduction
  • Contribute to broader talent initiatives as the function evolves

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly
  • Around 2 years of experience in a coordination-heavy or client-facing role
  • Able to work 3 days onsite in Fairfield County
