Job Description

The Project Scheduler will report to senior project leadership and work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and regional operations teams to develop and maintain project schedules throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Create baseline schedules, milestone plans, and recovery schedules for active projects.
  • Analyze schedule performance and identify risks, delays, and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with field operations and project management teams to ensure schedule accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly schedule updates, progress reports, and executive-level presentations.
  • Support pull planning, look-ahead scheduling, and earned value tracking initiatives.
  • Drive schedule best practices across multiple concurrent projects throughout Texas.

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Scheduler we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred.
  • 3+ years of scheduling experience within commercial, industrial, mission critical, or large-scale construction projects.
  • Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 is required.
  • Experience developing and managing CPM schedules from preconstruction through project closeout.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics planning, procurement activities, and project controls.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, project teams, clients, and trade partners.
  • Open to traveling throughout Texas as project needs require.
  • Data center, mission critical, semiconductor, industrial, or complex infrastructure experience is highly desirable.
