Job Description

  • Drive advertising revenue across print and digital clinical portfolios
  • Build and manage relationships with healthcare and agency clients
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within your territory
  • Maintain high levels of outbound sales activity and client engagement
  • Develop a strong understanding of client needs to deliver tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal sales and commercial teams to maximize performance
  • Track activity, pipeline, and performance using Salesforce
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and new advertising opportunities
  • Represent the business at industry events and client meetings
  • Hybrid work schedule in New York City

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years' experience in sales or business development
  • Strong ability to build relationships and close new business
  • Experience working towards revenue targets in a competitive environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft 365 tools
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to travel occasionally (approx. 10%)



Desirable:

  • Experience selling into healthcare or clinical markets
  • Background in media, advertising, or digital solutions sales
  • Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience with solution-based selling approaches

What's on Offer

  • Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 + quarterly bonus
