This role will report directly into the Global Head of FPandA (based in Aus) and the successful candidate will lead the FPandA function for one of the US entities. The company culture is fantastic, and they are looking for a progressive candidate that is eager to learn and grow in their next role!Job DescriptionThe successful Senior FPandA Analyst will:Lead the FPandA function for the North American entityMainly focused on the monthly close and reporting processFinancial planning and reportingKPI reportingBusiness Partnering with with cross-functional finance and non-finance stakeholders - on a weekly and monthly basis - across all aspects of the businessLeading the budgeting and forecasting process - revenue and cost sideWorking closely with the Australian HQFinancial Modelling (3 way financial statements)Variance analysis - actual vs budget/forecast etc. - with commentaryAd hoc analysis and initiatives - including M&A or IPO readinessSupporting any future M&A and system integrations as wellBecome a subject matter expert and provide actionable insights for senior managementSystems: Workday Adaptive, NetSuite, Tableau, ExcelMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
