Job Description

For the Senior Project Manager role, we are seeking:

  • 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager or a Project Manager ready for advancement.
  • Experience delivering ground-up projects in one or more of the following sectors:
    • Industrial / Logistics / Warehousing
    • Healthcare
    • Institutional
    • Multifamily (concrete construction preferred)
  • Strong financial management and scheduling expertise.
  • Proven client relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects from inception through completion.
  • Owner's Representative or Construction Management experience will also be considered.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred
  • 10+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
  • Experience with adaptive reuse, retail, healthcare, office, restaurant, interior, or ground-up projects
  • Strong budgeting and scheduling expertise
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Positive, professional, and collaborative approach
