Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Lead project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring accountability.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards on-site.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, is preferred
  • 8+ years of project management experience
  • Experience with ground up construction projects is required
  • Experience with commercial projects is required, with a preference for healthcare and industrial experience
  • Proven expertise in managing construction projects within the business services industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee project teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication abilities to engage with stakeholders and team members.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenges and deliver solutions.
