Job Description

The Senior Project Manager/Director will be responsible for:

  • Acting as owner's representative on large‑scale law firm and corporate interior projects
  • Managing projects through all phases: pre‑design, design, procurement, construction and close‑out
  • Overseeing schedules, budgets, contracts and consultant teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors and client stakeholders
  • Proactively identifying risks, resolving issues and maintaining project momentum
  • Providing clear reporting, documentation and communication to senior client teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager/Director should have:

  • Proven experience delivering commercial interiors and/or law firm projects
  • Background in project management, construction management or owner's representation
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling and consultant coordination
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive and comfortable working across multiple projects
