We're seeking a Software Engineer skilled in C++ and C# to lead the migration of an already-existing Excel Add-In application. This role requires hands-on experience building and supporting Excel Add-ins, with proficiency in Java, Python, and AWS cloud services.

Job Description

  • Refactor and modernize legacy applications written in C++ and C# into updated technology frameworks.
  • Develop and support Excel Add-ins, including enhancements and ongoing maintenance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Implement integrations with external systems using RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and SOAP services.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven front-end development experience using C++ and C# in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on background designing, enhancing, and maintaining Excel Add-ins.
  • Strong knowledge of modernizing legacy systems and transitioning them to current frameworks.
  • Experience integrating applications with external services using XML, SOAP, and RESTful APIs with JSON.
