Known for serving high-profile clients on complex business matters, the organization maintains a strong reputation for excellence, collaboration, and delivering exceptional client experiences across key financial and political markets.Job DescriptionPlan and execute a range of events including conferences, seminars, round tables, retreats, receptions, dinners, and client appreciation program's.Manage the full event life cycle, including venue sourcing, contract negotiations, transportation, catering, audio visual requirements, invitations, attendee management, onsite logistics, and post-event follow-up.Coordinate and oversee onsite execution of high-profile and large-scale events.Build and maintain relationships with venues, suppliers, and event partners.Collaborate with senior stakeholders and internal teams to develop events aligned with business development and client engagement objectives.Research and recommend venues, primarily within the Washington, DC market and surrounding areas.Negotiate favorable commercial terms with vendors and venues.Manage electronic invitations, RSVP tracking, guest communications, and event databases.Support annual flagship meetings, internal development programs, and client entertainment initiatives.Maintain event calendars, reporting tools, and activity tracking systems.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
