Job Description

  • Lead a team of Account Managers supporting SMB and mid-market accounts to achieve renewal and expansion targets.
  • Optimize the end-to-end sales process to drive efficiency and consistent attainment of goals.
  • Establish structure and accountability while empowering team ownership and autonomy.
  • Manage a high-performing account sales engine, including operating model, cadence, KPIs, and forecasting.
  • Provide daily coaching and mentorship; actively support deal strategy, prioritization, and execution.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent; drive performance through coaching, training, and incentives.
  • Execute retention and expansion strategies to exceed revenue targets.
  • Own revenue performance in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Implement best practices, training, and process improvements to enable success.
  • Build dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decisions and pipeline visibility.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and ensure high-quality CRM data and adherence to sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC/MEDDPIC).

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ years of experience leading Account Management teams in a B2B SaaS environment with responsibility for retention and expansion revenue.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS organizations.
  • Background in email deliverability, data management, or similar industries is a plus.
  • Ability to create structure and discipline in fast-moving environments.
  • Proven track record of achieving ambitious goals.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical, operational, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Boston (Tuesday-Thursday in office).
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.



What's on Offer

  • Base salary: $130,000-$150,000
  • On-target earnings: $260,000-$300,000
  • Additional benefits include bonus opportunities and equity. Final compensation varies based on experience and location.
