Job Description

  • Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with client goals
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, and vendors
  • Oversee clean room and pharmaceutical facility builds and renovations
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Lead client communications, progress updates, and issue resolution
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
  • Monitor project financials and maintain accurate reporting
  • Drive quality control and ensure adherence to specifications
  • Support business development efforts through client relationship management

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr. Project Manager - Life Sciences Projects should have:

  • 7 to 10 years of project management experience in construction, engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience with clean room, pharmaceutical, or controlled environment projects
  • Strong knowledge of project delivery methods and construction processes
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools and scheduling software
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
