Job Description

  • RMonitor and maintain office supply inventory across departments
  • Receive, organize, and distribute incoming stock and deliveries
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and update tracking systems
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely replenishment of supplies
  • Maintain orderly storage areas and ensure compliance with office standards
  • Assist with internal office moves, set-ups, and general facilities support
  • Respond promptly to employee supply requests
