Our client is seeking an additional member of the Office Services department to join their team. The Stock Clerk will manage inventory, organize supplies, and ensure proper stock levels at a leading law firm. This role involves supporting the Office Services & Facilities department in maintaining seamless operations. This role is on-site Monday to Friday.

Job Description

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
  • Ensure supplies are stored in an orderly and accessible manner.
  • Prepare and distribute stock as needed by various departments.
  • Coordinate stock replenishment to avoid shortages.
  • Adhere to safety and organizational guidelines in handling stock.
  • Assist with general upkeep of the storage area to maintain cleanliness and order.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding stock needs and issues.

  • Prior experience working in a corporate or office setting.
  • Experience with inventory management and stock organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Physical capability to lift, walk, and stand.
