Job Description

  • Responsible for stocking assigned supply closets. Ensure there are supplies stocked to specifications and that all items neat and organized.
  • Responsible for compiling list of supplies for re-order to restock closets.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Small Electric Equipment (staplers, hole-punch, etc.) kept in both page stations and copy rooms on all floors
  • Supplies Storage Room - sort through all recycled supplies and organize items back onto the supply room shelves for distribution.
  • Responsible for Supplies Storage Room inventory and cleanliness. Performs physical counts of supplies and lists items for reorder.
  • Shared responsibility for all supply-related deliveries accepted by the Supplies Storage Room and the DP Mail Room. Review packing slips and packages for accuracy. Bring packages to the proper storage area or arrange for delivery. Ensure all paperwork is brought to the Main Supply Room.
  • Responsible for preparing startup kits, emergency kits, signage and mailboxes for all incoming employees.
  • Back up coverage for all walk-in clients to the Supplies Department.
  • Share workload to complete supply requests that come in on the intranet system and by phone in a timely manner and deliver to mail room.
  • Back up stocking for all supply closets.
  • Back-up phone coverage for the Supplies Department.
