Job Description

As the Superintendent, you will report into senior operations leadership and take full ownership of day‑to‑day site execution.

  • Lead on‑site construction activities from mobilisation through project close‑out
  • Manage subcontractors, site crews, and daily scheduling to maintain programme milestones
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to align field execution with budgets and schedules
  • Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid delays
  • Maintain quality standards across all phases of construction

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent role, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent within a contracting or construction environment
  • Strong understanding of site operations, sequencing, and subcontractor management
  • Demonstrated commitment to job‑site safety and quality control
  • Ability to lead crews, communicate clearly, and maintain site momentum
  • Comfortable working in a hands‑on, field‑based role
  • Valid driver's licence and flexibility to support active job sites in the Tulsa area
