Job Description

The Superintendent - Government/Federal Projects $50M+ will be responsible for:

  • Oversee day to day onsite operations for renovation projects
  • Lead subcontractor coordination, scheduling and site logistics
  • Manage safety compliance and conduct daily site walks
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager on schedules, RFIs, and field issues
  • Maintain daily reports, inspections and field documentation

The Successful Applicant

The Superintendent - Government/Federal Projects $50M+ should have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor (GC)
  • Proven ability to manage projects $10M+
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with clients, subcontractors, architects, and inspectors.
  • Demonstrated capability to enforce site safety, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain OSHA-compliant job sites.
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting construction documents, specifications, and schedules.
  • Proficient with construction technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities to navigate field issues in real time.
  • Team-focused mindset with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and maintaining strong subcontractor relationships.
