They focus primarily ground up multifamily and commercial projects, up to $40M in value. They are looking for a strong Superintendent to run local projects. No travel outside of the Greater Kansas City area.Job DescriptionManage and supervise all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections to ensure project milestones are met.Monitor project schedules, budgets, and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to site safety regulations.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients to provide updates and resolve challenges.Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials on-site.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
