Job Description

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations and role levels
  • Build diverse talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies
  • Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and community outreach
  • Design and deliver a seamless, engaging onboarding experience
  • Support benefits administration and manage open enrollment processes
  • Drive employee engagement and foster an inclusive company culture
  • Coordinate performance management cycles and training initiatives
  • Identify skill gaps and implement development programs
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance standards are met
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and consistency

The Successful Applicant

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including recruiting expertise
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Experience using ATS or HCM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience in construction or trades industries is a plus
