Job Description

    • Manage day-to-day administration of the LMS, including user accounts and system maintenance
    • Respond to and resolve support tickets via a ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk)
    • Upload and assign learning content and training programs
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support
    • Assist with system updates, enhancements, and process documentation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Temp LMS Administratior should have:

    • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and manage systems quickly
    • Experience with ticketing systems or handling technical support requests
    • Highly detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and organizational skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and Word
    • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
    • Experience with LMS platforms (Absorb a plus) or similar systems preferred
