Job Description

  • Evaluate and underwrite LIHTC transactions, ensuring compliance with program regulations and company standards.
  • Analyze financial models and projections to assess project feasibility and profitability.
  • Collaborate with syndication teams to structure deals and secure equity investments.
  • Prepare detailed investment memos and present recommendations to decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research and due diligence to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with developers, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines post-closing.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in affordable housing.
