About Our Client

Our client is a growing, privately held healthcare products manufacturer with a global manufacturing footprint and an established presence in the U.S. healthcare market. The company provides both branded and private-label solutions across a range of medical and healthcare categories, including wound care, infection prevention, PPE, medical consumables, and procedure sets and kits.

Over the past several years, the organization has experienced significant growth through both acquisition and expansion of its product portfolio. With an established manufacturing base and relationships with large national distribution partners, the company is now making a strategic investment in the veterinary market across companion animal, equine, and livestock/production animal segments.

The new Veterinary Division represents an opportunity to bring the company's existing products and manufacturing capabilities into a growing market while developing new distribution relationships and customer channels. The business combines the resources and capabilities of an established international organization with the autonomy and entrepreneurial environment of a privately held company.
