The business combines the resources and capabilities of an established international organization with the autonomy and entrepreneurial environment of a privately held company.Job DescriptionThe Veterinary Sales Director will build and lead the commercial strategy for a new veterinary division, establishing the company's presence across companion animal, equine, and livestock/production animal markets. This is a hands-on role focused on opening new distribution channels, building revenue from the ground up, and shaping the division as it scales.Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the veterinary division.Build relationships and open new business with leading veterinary distributors and channel partners.Create and manage a sales pipeline, with a strong focus on new account acquisition and market development.Lead the commercial launch of the company's product portfolio into the veterinary market.Own the division's revenue, gross margin, budget, and overall P&L performance.Shape product, customer, and channel strategy in partnership with marketing and product development.Represent the business at veterinary trade shows, distributor meetings, and industry events.Build out and lead the future veterinary sales team as revenue and market presence grow.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
