Job Description

  • Identify and evaluate new acquisition and investment opportunities within the LIHTC affordable housing sector.
  • Develop and execute capital strategies to support the company's property-related initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and industry partners.
  • Lead negotiations and structure complex financial transactions in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess project feasibility and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to drive innovative investment strategies.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial analyses and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
