We are seeking a strategic Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead global recruiting efforts for a multi-brand, international organization. This leader will build high-performing teams to support diverse talent pipelines across functions, continually enhancing employer branding and elevating the candidate experience. This is a growth role, as this person will eventually take on Talent Management (succession planning, learning programs, etc.).

The role is 5 days onsite in Hialeah, up to $250K base.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, global talent acquisition strategy across the full candidate lifecycle
  • Elevate employer branding and candidate experience across all channels to attract top-tier talent
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing talent acquisition team
  • Partner with senior leadership to align recruiting strategies with business goals and workforce planning needs
  • Coach hiring managers on best practices, talent market insights, and effective hiring processes
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within all recruiting strategies
  • Utilize data and KPIs to assess recruiting effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain strong external partnerships with agencies, universities, and industry networks
  • Collaborate with talent management to proactively identify talent gaps and pipeline future leaders
  • Lead international hiring initiatives, including relocation and visa processes

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including at least 3 years leading teams
  • Background in apparel, fashion, retail, or a related industry strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing recruitment teams and strategies
  • Executive-level presence with strong communication and influencing skills
  • Familiarity with international hiring practices, relocation, and visa sponsorship processes
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements
  • Passion for culture, trends, and innovation within lifestyle, fashion, or consumer industries
  • Must be able to work 5 days onsite in Hialeah, FL
