Job Description

  • Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workday modules to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements and develop solutions.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Workday configurations and processes.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders on Workday functionalities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in system configurations.
  • Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates or enhancements.
  • Train and support end-users to maximize the effectiveness of Workday technology.

The Successful Applicant

Must haves

  • Strong core Workday Financials experience particularly in Workday Financials
    • Should be comfortable with the majority of these functional areas within Workday: Customer Accounts, Supplier Accounts, Business Assets, Expenses (T&E), Financial Close in the General Ledger, Project Accounting & Billing, Procurement, Banking & Settlement.
  • Strong communication experience with senior stakeholders, collaborating with several departments
