This role supports day-to-day site operations in Birmingham, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, and helping drive schedule and quality on commercial projects. You'll work closely with the Superintendent to gain hands-on experience managing active job sites from start to finish.

Reporting directly to the VP of Preconstruction, the Civil Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, sourcing vendors, analyzing risks, and developing competitive proposals for Construction projects.

Projects are typically large, tilt-wall industrial buildings.

We are seeking experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee Healthcare and Commercial projects across the Southeast, including AL, TN, FL, and TX.

The Electrical Superintendent will be responsible for the quality assurance and trade management for the dedicated Electrical scope. This is a leadership role based in Birmingham, not a full time traveling role.

This position will provide overall leadership for project performance, contract negotiations, client relations, budget, schedule, and trade partner management. The Project Executive will also lead and manage the project teams with the expectation being 2-3 projects at a time.
