We are seeking a Project Manager to lead multifamily construction projects in the Dayton market, managing projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role offers the opportunity to join a growing pipeline of high-profile residential developments while progressing within a well-established construction business.
This is not a traditional construction management role. You'll lead complex redevelopment and adaptive reuse projects while partnering directly with executive leadership, ownership, architects, tenants, and contractors to transform significant commercial and industrial assets throughout the region.
You will be responsible for managing project financials, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, procurement, client communication, and overall project execution. You will work closely with the Superintendent and project team to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
You will bring a strong background in senior living, multifamily, or other complex commercial construction, with the leadership, financial, and organizational skills to take ownership of projects and work closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams.
Help to oversee multifamily residential developments, coordinating schedules, managing subcontractors, tracking budgets, and resolving on-site issues to ensure timely, high-quality project completion.
