This role leads ground‑up construction projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery of high‑quality, large‑scale builds. You'll manage project teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and client relationships while driving excellence on every site.

This role leads all day-to-day field operations on major commercial, institutional, and public-sector construction projects across Washington, DC. You'll oversee safety, scheduling, subcontractors, and quality while driving proactive problem-solving and ensuring the project is delivered on time and to an exceptional standard.

The Senior Superintendent will serve as the on-site leader for a variety of large-scale base building projects ($30M - $200M+), overseeing all field operations and acting as a key partner to owners and architects throughout every phase of construction.
