As the Plastics Engineer, you will work to improve and develop new manufacturing equipment and processes on the production floor. You will work with customers to understand their requirements and make adjustments in order to meets their needs. Key responsibilities for the Senior Process Engineer include supporting initial project quoting efforts and leading the development and ongoing optimization of a reliable injection molding process.

This role leads the delivery of complex manufacturing programs from early customer engagement through full production, with a strong focus on injection molding tooling and regulated manufacturing environments. You will own program execution, guide tooling strategy, and lead cross‑functional technical teams to ensure products are launched on time, meet customer and regulatory requirements, and are manufacturable at scale.

My client is seeking an experienced RF Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical design of complex, high‑performance RF/microwave microelectronic assemblies. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full product lifecycle, from early concept through production release, in a technically challenging environment.
