This role oversees light industrial projects across the Southeast, managing day‑to‑day site operations, subcontractors, safety, and scheduling. You'll ensure quality delivery while traveling regularly and serving as the GC's primary onsite leader.

This role oversees all onsite construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to spec. You'll manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and maintain daily reporting while representing the GC professionally on active job sites.

This position supports preconstruction efforts by performing detailed takeoffs, analyzing subcontractor bids, and helping build accurate cost models for a wide range of commercial projects. You'll work closely with senior estimators to evaluate designs, develop scopes, and progressively take on greater ownership of the estimating process.

In this role, you'll assist in day‑to‑day project management by coordinating subcontractors, tracking budgets, managing procurement, and supporting all documentation from kickoff through turnover. You will work alongside Project Managers and field teams to solve problems, maintain workflow, and ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and safety expectations.
