The Senior Project Manager will provide leadership for multiple complex projects while mentoring Project Managers, overseeing financial performance, and maintaining strong client relationships.
You will be responsible for managing project financials, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, procurement, client communication, and overall project execution. You will work closely with the Superintendent and project team to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
You will bring a strong background in senior living, multifamily, or other complex commercial construction, with the leadership, financial, and organizational skills to take ownership of projects and work closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams.
The Superintendent / Senior Superintendent will join a joint venture team delivering a major healthcare campus. This individual will oversee highly technical portions of the hospital project, including imaging, intake, and sterile processing areas, while coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality throughout project execution.
The Assistant Project Manager will support the successful delivery of the Alexander Farms Medical Office Building project while gaining exposure to all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and project documentation.
The Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of the Harborside multifamily project, managing all aspects of project delivery from procurement through closeout. This individual will work closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and ownership groups to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
