We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Preconstruction Manager to oversee the preconstruction phase of our commercial construction projects. The Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for coordinating all activities during the preconstruction phase, including budgeting, scheduling, estimating, and value engineering.

Our Client is a reputable General Contractor doing $150M+ of revenue in Columbus specifically. They have a diverse project portfolio and are looking to bring on a Project Manager for their upcoming Commercial and Light Industrial projects. Opportunity to develop into Senior Estimator role within 5 years.

The role of Superintendent is to oversee, coordinate and manage all on-site construction activities, including safety, logistics, schedule, day to day trade activities, document management, meetings, compliance, completion and turnover. As well the Superintendent shall assist the Project Manager in the construction activities.

As a Big Box Superintendent, you will be responsible for on-site leadership, supervision of subcontractors, coordination with project management, and ensuring the successful completion of big box retail construction projects from ground-break to turnover.
