The Senior Superintendent position is key for the future growth and advancement of the company and our associates. This role is primarily responsible for the supervision, training, and development of new and advancing Forepersons, Assistant Superintendents, and Superintendents. Responsibilities include the direct supervision of large and complex projects as well.
