As an MEP Manager, you will oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems on large-scale commercial construction projects. You will collaborate closely with project teams, trade partners, design teams, and clients to ensure systems are designed, coordinated, and installed to the highest standards of quality, performance, and efficiency.

Thorough knowledge of contract documents required to properly plan construction sequencing, staffing and subcontractor coordination. Coordinate with Preconstruction Services during the preparation of estimates, buyout regarding methods, systems, schedule and general conditions.
