My client is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of education-focused construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale educational builds and a passion for leading teams to successful project completion. This role requires hands-on involvement from project inception through final closeout.

The Project Manager will lead industrial, office, and commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final close-out, ensuring delivery that is safe, on-schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. Candidates should be highly organized, confident leading project teams, and capable of building strong relationships with clients, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.

This opening is unique - the GC normally does not allow assistant‑level submittals, but they've made an exception for this project and need 2-3 Assistant Superintendents. Candidates do not need data center experience; strong tenure with a nationally ranked general contractor is the priority.

As an MEP Manager, you will oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems on large-scale commercial construction projects. You will collaborate closely with project teams, trade partners, design teams, and clients to ensure systems are designed, coordinated, and installed to the highest standards of quality, performance, and efficiency.

The role of Superintendent is to oversee, coordinate and manage all on-site construction activities, including safety, logistics, schedule, day to day trade activities, document management, meetings, compliance, completion and turnover. As well the Superintendent shall assist the Project Manager in the construction activities.
