Directs activities of workers concerned with construction of commercial projects, including but not limited to educational facilities,automotive dealerships, high-end retail, and other commercial work.

The Lead Superintendent is responsible for the delivery of successful, profitable projects while also mentoring other Junior Superintendents and continuing the company mission.

Oversee all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, schedule management and quality control on all projects within the multifamily space. In this role you will provide guidance and leadership to team of assistant project managers and assistant superintendents, superintendents while working alongside the Project Management team.

Leading projects from start to finish, this role drives operational priorities while guiding teams and resolving challenges in labor, contracts, and materials. It also ensures financial tracking, safety compliance, and strong collaboration with stakeholders, maintaining seamless documentation and fostering key industry relationships.

The Project Superintendent will directly oversee all onsite processes with regards to the retail construction projects int he company portfolio. These projects involve grocery store remodels, veterinary clinics, and other retail work.

The Project Manager will:
