The Regional Sales Manager will inherit an established $5M+ Midwest territory and be responsible for managing distributor relationships, strengthening key accounts, and driving revenue growth across IL, IN, MI, WI, IA, and MN. This is a relationship-focused outside sales role with significant customer interaction, supported by an inside sales team that handles much of the transactional and administrative work.
In this role:
This position will offer you the opportunity to manage the execution of multiple transmission, substation, and distribution projects - spanning both brownfield (existing site upgrades) and greenfield (new site development) environments across power levels ranging from 69 kV up to 500+ kV. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless life‑cycle management of capital project execution.
