The role of the Assistant Superintendent is to help oversee, coordinate and manage all on-site construction activities, including safety, logistics, schedule, day to day trade activities, document management, meetings, compliance, completion and turnover. As well the Superintendent shall assist the Project Manager in the construction activities.
The Lead Superintendent will be responsible for providing overall leadership for all on-site field activities for a variety of commercial and multi-family projects ranging from $30M - $100M+.
